Re: Internal communication
I am writing to you to tell you about how to have good internal communication in the company, these will help you to achieve better understanding and better communication to get more done in the company. Internal communication is important because if there is none we will have many problems keeping our affaires intact.
Wrong Format
It is a very important to keep the write format for the right type of writing, such as not writing formally when writing letters, it is very important to make sure that the message you are sending is clear and can be easy to respond to the message, so that it gives more sufficient ways of communicating.
Wrong Target
Make sure that you’re that message you are conveying is correct to provide the right feedback to the right message, if you send the right message but not the right target then you could cause confusion with the receiver and the could interpret the message wrongly and send you back the wrong response.
Unclear Message
Always make sure that your message is clear and informative this can play a big role in communicating with other members of your company, make sure it’s clear so that you can avoid confusion within the internal structure of the company.
Use of Jargon
Make sure that your use of jargon is to a minimum so that everyone can understand what you are trying to say, when you are careful with type of jargon you are using this can benefit your staff and costumers to understand what you are trying to say more quickly and more efficiently.
Poor Timing
There are many different ways of poor timing here are a few:
No feedback
It is very good to give feedback because we can work out ways to improve our company’s interests and make them important.
Wrong Channel
When sending your information make sure you send it through the right channel i.e. the right receiver or the right way, there are many ways to send information to different parts of your company, sometimes it is important to send it to the right person. Say that you are trying to have a meeting with the boss of your company they may have a very busy schedule and so they may not be able to see you at the time you want, meeting with the secretary instead of meeting with the manager straight away can make it easier for you to organise a meeting.
Atitude towards sender
The way you talk to someone is very important you want to make sure that they are not on your side or against you. Think about the words you use, and how you use them, your body language and your facial expressions. These have a massive impact on the way you’re viewed by someone.
Receiver unable to understand
When the receiver is unable to understand you message then it is very important to resend the right message back, when they understand it they feedback can help with the companies conduct.
Technical Breakdown
Loosing work can be frustrating and very costly to the company’s happenings try you best to keep a good eye on your technical things.
