My aims and objectives

My names is Patrick Kayigamba and I am head of humman resources in our YE company.

My aims in the company are to:

• Ensure that evryone in the company is happy and content with their part of the business.
• Monitoring the transactions of  the company.
• Create and co-ordinate the approch to indurstrial relations.

 My objectives are:

1. By resolving disputes by sitting them down and resolving their promblems through talking, the company i can make sure evryone is satisfied with their part.
2. Monitoring the companies dealings and keeping it together
3. Train people how to deal with the market.
4. Control people in meeting.
5. Making sure evryone is using all of the skills.
6. Keep a recornding of evryones numbers incase things go wrong.
7. Monitor saftey
8. By and provide nice things for my team.
